    Stacy Fields is the North America (NA) director with the Packaging Solutions team in Performance Packaging at The Dow Chemical Company. In his role, Stacy ensures the alignment of the NA region with the global business strategy to deliver enhanced value by engaging downstream participants with Dow technology. He is responsible for developing leadership-level relationships with key value chain partners to deliver relevant and competitively advantaged packaging solutions to the market.

    Previously, Stacy served as NA associate director of marketing in Rigid Packaging where he was responsible for the development and successful implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for the Rigid Packaging market in NA.

    Stacy has spent his entire career with Dow. With more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, he has had many roles in NA with increasing responsibilities. He has served in a variety of market management roles for packaging solutions for specialty packaging. Stacy has developed strategic alliances with value chain participants to collaborate on new innovative packaging formats that deliver differentiation, improved performance, and sustainability benefits in the marketplace.

    Stacy is a 3-time recipient of The Pinnacle Award (top 5% globally by region) in recognition of his distinguished performance in Dow's sales organization in 2004, 2005, and again in 2011 for Marketing Excellence. He has also earned a Six Sigma Green Belt certification, as well as completed Green Belt Project Leader training.

    Stacy earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University. His Executive Education experience includes: H.H. Dow Academy, Wharton School of Business- Critical Thinking-Real World, Real Time Decisions and Thunderbird School of Global Management - Global Marketing Certification.
